• This fruit grows up to 85 lbs, the seed is cooked by many different cultures, the timber from the tree is a very strong product with unique patterns & its juice is used in chewing bubble gum.
NOW we have a dietary fibre from the magnificent fruit and is wanted by Dairy companies, cereal and snacks companies. We can also use the LATEX from the tree as well as the leaves. |
